Computational Laboratory for Aerospace Structures

The Computational Laboratory for Aerospace Structures is a high-performance computer that is used for advanced computational studies in aerospace structures and related topics. The large computational resources, in terms of CPU, memory, and storage, allow for analysis of complex configurations and phenomena, using state of the art, high fidelity models. Current research studies performed in the computational lab include aeroelastic study of membrane wings and study of nonlinear transonic aeroelastic phenomena.
