  offer unique opportunities for controlling ignition and energy release th
 rough engineered material architectures. This seminar presents the fabrica
 tion and characterization of Al/SiO₂ multilayer nanothermites produced b
 y physical vapor deposition and examines their thermal and laser-induced i
 gnition behavior. The study identified distinct thermal reaction events an
 d significant compositional and structural changes following laser ignitio
 n\, indicating complex reaction processes within the multilayer system.\n\
