I am an Assist. Prof. in the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering since July 2022, where I established the Fluid Mechanics Laboratory (FMLab). Prior to that, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (2020-2022) and a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University (2018–2020). I received my Ph.D. (2017) from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering at the Technion, during which I received the Irwin and Joan Jacobs Scholarship Award for Excellence in Graduate Studies in 2016. I got both M.Sc. (2013) with Summa Cum Laude honor, and B.Sc. (2011) with Cum Laude honor from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ben-Gurion University.

My research interests include cavitation and bubble dynamics (in multicomponent liquids), transitional and turbulent boundary layers, flow control (low-order system modeling), smooth body flow separation, and non-isothermal multi-phase turbulence. In my research group, we employ interdisciplinary approaches from dynamical systems, signal processing, computer vision tools, and estimation theory.
