SB (Chemical Engineering) from MIT in 2006, MS (2008) and PhD (2012) in Aeronautical Engineering from Caltech, for experimental work in turbulent boundary layers. From 2012-2014, served as a post-doctoral research fellow at Princeton University, conducting experiments on microfluidic technologies for drag reduction and flow control.

Fundamental physics of turbulent boundary layers, in particular the organization of coherent structures and their evolution in non-equilibrium environments; model-based control techniques for turbulent drag reduction; the use of microfluidic technologies for turbulent flow control and diagnostics.
