The November 2018 TechWomen event took place yesterday, 21/11/18, where high school female students from 11th and 12th grades arrived at the Technion, heard various lectures and visited the faculties.
Our faculty hosted approximately 100 (!) girls, who listed Aerospace Engineering as their first choice.
Feedback received from the Technion’s Marketing Department was excellent.
Our thanks to the faculty representatives who hosted the girls and did an exceptional job marketing the faculty:
- Assoc. Prof. Daniella Raveh, for lecturing on the faculty and the field
- Asst. Prof. Vadim Indelman and the staff of the ANPL lab
- Prof. Tal Shima and the staff of the Control Lab
- Our students Kathy and Sigi, who accompanied the girls throughout the day
