| On Wednesday, 16.9.2020, all of us celebrated the graduation of our new PhD’s. The new Doctors, together with their advisors, gathered in a Zoom get-together meeting, where they shared their research achievements and complimented their advisors. The Vice Dean for graduate studies, Prof. Pini Gurfil, congratulated the graduates and wished them Happy (Jewish) new year and continuation of success in their future endeavors. We’ve just received an email from one of the new PhD’s. His words speak for themselves:“I would like to thank the whole Faculty of Aerospace Department for all the support that they have provided me during my stay in Israel for my graduate studies (PhD). As I have said to you before while in Technion, I have never met such nice, loving and supportive people anywhere in my entire life. And this I say with full surety as I have studied and worked all around in India (almost 12 different places in different parts of the country) and never find such a cooperative staff anywhere.
