The Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Technion is happy to announce that Prof. Gil Iosilevskii has been promoted to the rank of Full Professor.
Prof. Iosilevskii got his B.Sc., M.Sc. and D.Sc. here at the department of Aerospace Engineering, and later became a faculty member. His main areas of research include aerodynamic theory of wings and bodies in unsteady motion; Asymptotic wing theories. Flight mechanics (theoretical and experimental); Helicopter dynamics; Basic fluid mechanics and transport phenomena; Animals aero- and hydrodynamics.
