Main areas of research

My research is primarily concerned with applied aeroacoustics & aerodynamics. I aim to gain a physical understanding of the noise-generating flow mechanisms, develop improved noise prediction models, and lead to the application of innovative noise mitigation solutions in aircraft.

Specific research interests are:

  • Airframe noise signature abatement
  • Drone noise modeling
  • Cavity flow and noise control
  • Bio-inspired aerodynamics/aeroacoustics
