The Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Technion is delighted to announce the promotion of Prof. Daniel Zelazo to the rank of Full Professor.
Prof. Zelazo earned his B.Sc. and M.Eng. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed his Ph.D. at the University of Washington, and further advanced his expertise as a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Stuttgart’s Institute for Systems Theory & Automatic Control. Since joining the Technion in 2012, he has made significant contributions to research and teaching.
Prof. Zelazo’s work spans a wide range of areas, including systems & control theory, coordination and control of multi-agent systems, and passivity-based control. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his innovative contributions and leadership in the field.
