Simulation of dynamic response of Aero-Servo-Elastic Wind-Tunnel model to Non-Uniform gust was conducted. The research is done under the “Gust Load Alleviation techniques assessment on wind tunnel Model of advanced Regional aircraft (GLAMOUR)” as part of the Clean Sky Joint Undertaking. The wind tunnel model simulated had non-linear actuators and the gust generated in the wind tunnel test was not uniform. The simulation was based upon the Increased Order Modeling (IOM) approach devised by Professor Karpel. Actuator force-feedback was modeled using the direct-force approach. Description of the simulation model, mathematical representation, numerical results and their comparison to wind tunnel testing would be presented.
