Ohad Ben-Yaacov, a PhD student under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Pini Gurfil, won 2nd prize in a student best paper competition for his paper titled “Covariance Analysis of Differential Drag Based Satellite Cluster Flight.” The competition was held as part of the International Workshop on Satellite Constellations and Formation Flying, held in Delft, The Netherlands.
The 1st prize was won by Nicola Baresi, who was a visiting student of Assoc. Prof. Gurfil and is currently working on his PhD in the University of Colorado at Boulder.
