The prize commemorating Prof. Shmuel and Noemi Merhav was awarded on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, to Mr. Pavel Galich, a PhD student, conducting his research under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Stephan Rudykh. The prize is awarded to graduate students for excellence in studies and research in Aerospace Engineering. As part of the award ceremony, Mr. Galich gave a seminar entitled: Manipulating Wave Propagation in Soft Metamaterials via External Stimuli.
