Mission
Launched in 2018, the Zirmey Silon educational project aims to attract and retain talented students, as well as to enhance the educational experience for undergraduates, graduates, and postgraduates in the field of jet engine propulsion. The project is updating and creating exciting new courses, both theoretical and experimental; establishing a new educational lab facility incorporating state-of-the-art equipment; bringing in variety of guest lecturers from among well-respected leaders of Israeli industry and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF); and more.
Vision
By enhancing educational initiatives in cooperation with industry leaders and the IDF, the Zirmey Silon project will guide students and engineers to develop key skills and acquire cutting edge knowledge, and ultimately position them to become the next generation of leaders in the field of jet engine propulsion.
