Eliezer Azoulai | This study investigates the feasibility of classifying anti-tank threats, specifically Rocket-Propelled Grenades (RPGs) and Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs), based only on their Radar Cross Section (RCS) characteristics. A comprehensive target RCS database was constructed using electromagnetic simulations, and radar tracking scenarios were simulated to generate dynamic RCS measurements under varying Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) levels and carrier frequencies of 10, 20, and 40 GHz.

The purpose of the one hour talk is to show why I believe the missile guidance and control field is both exciting and challenging. Examples of the application of mathematics,...
A methodology for measuring the interface fracture toughness of a crack between two isotropic, homogeneous materials and a delamination between two laminae of unidirectional composite materials of differing directions is...
The aero-optic effect is a major topic of interest due to its relevance in various applications, which involve interactions between propagated laser beams and an inhomogeneous medium (such as the...
Trophy is an Active Protection System for ground vehicles (APS). First we’ll define what active protection is and what APS is. Then, we’ll present the main system challenges that we...
Sea Lion Swimming: The main objective of this research is to explore a mechanism for underwater propulsion that leaves little traceable wake structure while producing high levels of thrust. A potential...
