Founded in 2014, NewRocket is a Technion spin-off developing rocket engines for the space and aviation markets. The company core technology is based on decades of research activities conducted in...
The present work summarizes the design process of a new continuous closed-loop hot transonic linear cascade. The facility features fully modular design which is intended to serve as a test...
Research on performance of thermal protection systems is significant for the development of products for aerospace applications, such as internal insulation for solid rocket motors, nozzles, and external thermal protection...
Sea snakes are air-breathing aquatic animals. They have lungs. When diving, the volume of their lungs changes with depth, making them non-neutrally buoyant at least for a part of the...
In the traditional non-motorized aerial vehicles (Paragliders, sailplanes and hang gliders) world, pilots use a “Variometer” tool to identify that they are in an updraft (such as hot air thermal),...
By changing the norm for Geostationary (GEO) and Lower Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite manufacturers’ antenna fabrication technology, incorporating NSLComm’s transformational product will increase bandwidth on NanoSats and GEOs by a...
This seminar will summarize the outcomes of the different research projects dealing with kW-scale ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) power systems that have been conducted for more than 10 years at...
The interaction between turbulence, chemical kinetics and droplet dynamics plays an important role in reacting flows and can lead to instability. Understanding the underlying mechanisms that drive these processes is...
