To request services from the Advanced Manufacturing Center, please follow the workflow instructions below:
- All future requests will be conducted using the Request for Manufacturing Form.
- Please note that upon filling the forms, separate drawings should be sent directly to both Slava Polonsky and Arnold (Arni) Goren as a single PDF file, an X_T model file. The title of the e-mail should be constructed in the following format: “Full Name – Project Name – Budget Number”. Please also add the quantity of each requested item.
- In the following, Slava and/or Arni will respond to your email providing an estimate for the material, specialized tooling and manpower cost.
- The workshop will initiate the process of manufacturing your part only upon your approval.
- In order to provide the best service to your needs, the queue, the response time and the cost will be tracked in a separate automatically generated worksheet.
- No services will be provided to individuals outside of this process.
