Eliezer Azoulai | This study investigates the feasibility of classifying anti-tank threats, specifically Rocket-Propelled Grenades (RPGs) and Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs), based only on their Radar Cross Section (RCS) characteristics. A comprehensive target RCS database was constructed using electromagnetic simulations, and radar tracking scenarios were simulated to generate dynamic RCS measurements under varying Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) levels and carrier frequencies of 10, 20, and 40 GHz.

The ease of use of sophisticated advanced technologies, methods and equipment often affects the in-depth understanding of causes, rules and principles which underlie the analysed processes and phenomena; e.g., for...
The phenomenon of explosion (or self-ignition, not to be confused with detonation) of fuel mixtures is well known, both as a desired phenomenon, such as the ignition of the fuel...
Cooperative strategies are becoming more and more popular with the continuing evolution and advancement in decision making capabilities of autonomous vehicles. Utilizing multiple agents to perform a given task can...
Cavitation, i.e. the appearance of vapor cavities inside an initially homogeneous liquid medium, occurs in different situations commonly characterized by the pressure decrease below the vapor pressure of the liquid....
Skin drag in shear flows can be significantly reduced by maintaining laminar versus turbulent flow, rendering the control or delay of transition to turbulence of engineering interest. Controlling transition from...
In exo-atmospheric guidance the control is the thrust vector. A recent thrust vector approach has revealed that in optimal guidance the thrust inclination in an inertial frame is constant. Thus,...
