Eliezer Azoulai | This study investigates the feasibility of classifying anti-tank threats, specifically Rocket-Propelled Grenades (RPGs) and Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs), based only on their Radar Cross Section (RCS) characteristics. A comprehensive target RCS database was constructed using electromagnetic simulations, and radar tracking scenarios were simulated to generate dynamic RCS measurements under varying Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) levels and carrier frequencies of 10, 20, and 40 GHz.

In recent years, active flow control (AFC) has become a new branch in fluid mechanics. The long term goal of the current research is to predict and understand the change...
In optimization theories the difference (distance) between the optimal and actual case is called loss. These set of talks introduces a new theory which provides a new platform for control...
Optimization of the design loss The optimization of the design loss results in selecting the fastest reference models under the amplitude constraints of the actuators. It is possible to develop...
In the previous lectures an interesting new approach based on the special decomposition of the sensitivity function was introduced and discussed. This method optimizes the three major components (design loss,...
Today, more than ever before, the necessity of producing low emissions gas turbines is of paramount importance. Reducing the emission of Nitrogen Oxides in particular has been of primary focus....
