Roee M. Francos is currently a Computer Science Postdoctoral Fellow at the Robotics, Embedded Autonomy, and Communication Theory (REACT) Lab at Harvard University focusing on development of multi-agent resilient decision-making and coordination algorithms. In 2023, he completed his PhD in Computer Science at the Multi-Agent Robotic Systems Laboratory, the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. He received the B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. His research interests are in multi-agent teamwork, autonomous robotics, intelligent transportation systems, bio-inspired robotics and computer vision, focusing on collaborative algorithms for motion planning of autonomous vehicles, multi-robot learning, and air traffic management and coordination of unmanned vehicles. Roee is a recipient of the 2023 Robotics Science and Systems (RSS) Pioneers Award and the 2025 IEEE Multi-Robot & Multi-Agent Systems (MRS) Young Pioneer Award.

Investigations of internal and external flow at high speeds have paramount importance in arriving at a sustainable propulsion and effective aerodynamics for supersonic/hypersonic transit. Mixing gaseous fuel and air mixture...
In recent years, there is significant integration of composite elements in the aviation world due to their unique benefits. However, these elements also have disadvantages – the sensitivity to production...
Cavitation in the aircraft fuel systems can lead to unexpected damage to fuel-system components. Modeling fuel cavitation is challenging due, in part, to the fact that fuels are a complex...
Model-order reduction is an essential tool for large-scale systems introduced by modern technologies for which full order controller design and implementation may be numerically and computationally infeasible. Model order reduction...
In this talk the flight software containing the GNC algorithms for a low-cost research missile will be presented. The research missile will be employed as a recoverable testbed for the...
